Aneuploidy score version in DepMap

Hi,

A year ago Ive done an analysis using the aneuploidy score in the data explorer.

Now I wanted to recreate this analysis however the data wasnt there anymore.

When looking I found a different version is available for download.

I wanted to ask how was the new version generated if it was taken down becasue it is less accurate then what is available now?

Hi,

Aneuploidy scores are available in Data Explorer under Data Type “Global genomic feature”. The same data is available as a downloadable in the file OmicsGlobalSignatures.csv.
