Hi all,
In the previous Depmap platform there use to be the aneuplidy score dataset. I cannot find it any longer. Could you help me, please?
I typed aneuploidy in the search bar and the search comes back with the aneuploidy dataset which was released along with the paper Cohen-Sharir, Yael, et al. “Aneuploidy renders cancer cells vulnerable to mitotic checkpoint inhibition.” Nature (2021): 1-6.
I suspect this is the dataset you were looking for, correct?
Thanks,
Phil
Thanks. I was looking for it in the data type in data explorer, in which is not present anymore, please see attached.
The aneuploidy score is still there in DepMap; it is just no longer identified as a Data Explorer “data type.”
The dataset (Cohen-Sharir 2021 release) is still available. Open it by typing **aneuploidy** into the global search box.
If you need to manually connect it on DepMap_ID or combine it with CRISPR, export it. just reclassified—not eliminated.
