Aneuploidy score

Hi all,
In the previous Depmap platform there use to be the aneuplidy score dataset. I cannot find it any longer. Could you help me, please?

Hello,

I’m assuming you’re looking for this in Data Explorer?

In the 24Q4 release, we removed the previous aneuploidy dataset from data explorer because that version was generated at one point in time (as part of Cohen-Sharir, Yael, et al. “Aneuploidy renders cancer cells vulnerable to mitotic checkpoint inhibition.”) and does not cover the more recently screened lines.

More recently, we’ve started generating aneuploidy scores on an ongoing basis and we now include it as part of the OmicsSignatures.csv file which you can find in the current release.

(If you want to download the version of the aneuploidy dataset we previously showed, you can still find it as aneuploidy_scores.csv under “All data” under the download section.)

These new scores were intended to be visible in Data Explorer starting with 24Q4, but due to a misconfiguration, they were not. I’ve fixed that issue and you now can see the new aneuploidy scores in data explorer by selecting “Omics Signatures” under “Global genomic features”.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about the missing aneuploidy scores.

Let me know if you have any problems accessing this new dataset.

Thanks,
Phil
