A question about the naming of cell lines

Hello, I have a question about the OmicsExpressionGenesExpectedCountProfile.csv file. I noticed that the cell lines in this file are named with PR- prefix, not the ACH- prefix that I usually see. How can I map the PR- prefixed names to their specific cell line names? Thank you for your help and attention.

Thanks for reaching out. All the files in the portal with the suffix “Profile” are indexed by ProfileIDs (Pr-xxxxxx). You can find the mapping from ProfileIDs to ModelIDs (ACH-xxxxxx) in OmicsProfiles.csv.
