Hi, I have a simple question about the OmicsExpressionTranscriptsTPMLogp1Profile file.
When I tried to match the row names in it to the model name, I couldn’t find the related information in Model.csv.
Is it not from the cell lines?
Can anyone tell me how to convert it to the cell line name?

Well, I found it in the OmicsDefaultModelProfiles.csv file.
Sorry for asking without a more detailed search…
The files that are suffixed with “Profile” are indexed by “Profile IDs” instead of models. (You can recognize profile IDs because they’re prefixed with “PR” as opposed to “ACH”)
To find the metadata about profiles, you can find that information in OmicsProfiles.csv
