Variants reported in OmicsSomaticMutations data

Dear DepMap-Team,

I noticed that for a lot of variants in the OmicsSomaticMutations.csv file there is no entry for ModelID. How can I know in which cell line the variant is present?

Hi Bernhard,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m afraid I can’t reproduce the issue, since I see ModelID populated for all variants. Could you provide more details on how you are accessing/reading the file and what entries are missing ModelIDs?
