missing DepMap IDs in unfiltered fusion file

Hi,

I have downloaded the OmicsFusionUnfilteredProfile.csv file. This file appears to be missing DepMap IDs. How can I know which cell line the fusion was found in ? Would you please add the DepMap IDs to this file. Thank you for the great resource and thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Mahmoud,

Starting from 22Q4, all the omics files with the suffix “Profile” will be indexed by Profile IDs instead of DepMap IDs. This allows us to share multiple profiles that are associated with the same Model ID. In order to map these Profile IDs to DepMap IDs, you can refer to OmicsProfiles.csv on the download page.
