SJRH30 and RH30 have the same Cellosaurus RRID

Both SJRH30 (ACH-001189) and RH30 (ACH-000833) point to the same Cellosaurus RRID (CVCL_0041). SJRH30 is a synonym of RH30 in Cellosaurus. These probably shouldn’t be seperate entries in DepMap.

Thanks for pointing this out. SJRH30 was part of the CCLE collection and RH30 was introduced as part of an expansion of the cell line collection in which additional lines were added by the DepMap project. This suggests we have probably received two independent samples from different sources. Once we’ve confirmed they’re isogenic we will merge them, but we’ll need to wait for that confirmation.
