Hi,

I can’t find the above cell line in DepMAP, but found the accession number in Cellosaurus. Has the data been deleted, and if so, is there a problem with this cell line?

Hi,

According to an older announcement, this line only had copy number data for which we don’t have the source sequencing file. It was removed in order to harmonize our copy number data.
