Hello,
I am looking for RNAseq data for:
- NCCIT
- Tera2
- SHSY5Y
I see the processed gene counts have been uploaded to the portal, but I cannot find the raw RNAseq files for my own analysis.
Previous posts have directed me towards the 2019 data release, but these cells were not in that release.
Is there somewhere I can download this newer data?
