Where can I access the cell lines RNA-Seq raw read counts? I don’t see it available from the download portal. thanks!

We only release expected counts from RSEM on our portal. Raw counts can be extracted from our publicly available bam files: https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/fccredits-silver-tan-7621/CCLE_v2.
