The DepMap project was built off of the original CCLE project and continues to grow and generate new data. Genomic data from CCLE and DepMap can be accessed in separate way:

Current DepMap data:
The Cancer Dependency Map (DepMap) project genomic data can be accessed on dbGap phs003444.v1.p1. WGS, WES and RNA-seq are available for download upon approval.
Please note this dataset is growing so data is continuously being added to the workspace.
