The DepMap project was built off of the original CCLE project and continues to grow and generate new data.
Genomic data from CCLE and DepMap can be accessed in separate ways:
CCLE data:
Includes WGS, WES, RNA-seq, etc from the Ghandi et al., 2019 paper.

- New! AWS S3 bucket via the Registry of Open Data
Please Note: The SRA workspace only contains files from the published paper. The Terra CCLE-public workspace will also contain any newly generated data on CCLE lines and is periodically updated. We recommend checking their for additional data like WGS.
Current DepMap data:
The Cancer Dependency Map (DepMap) project genomic data can be accessed on dbGap phs003444. WGS, WES and RNA-seq are available for download upon approval.
Please note this dataset is growing so data is continuously being added to the workspace.
