Hi,

Rather specific question here. I was wondering about the engineered A673 Ewing Sarcoma cell lines that are used in the Drug sensitivity 19Q4 screen. I take it that the A673STAG2KO16 and A673STAG2KO45 bear STAG2 damaging mutations. What about the A673STAG2NT14 and A673STAG2NT23? NT = non-truncating? non-targeting?
