Are the IC50 values included in the PRISM drug screen for different quarters/years, separate readings for the same cell lines? Should I need to calculate the mean for these? or does each quarter contain a different set of cell lines and associated drug data?

As long as the depmap id for the cell line stays the same, the same cell lines are used but between. screens the assay conditions may change slightly. We recommend using the most recent dataset but please keep in mind the IC50 values on high throughput datasets (not just in PRISM but for other datasets as well) are only rough estimates.
