Culture medium question about pyruvate

Dear DepMap Portal,
I was wondering that if the culture medium is with pyruvate or not, especially the cell line with DMEM. There are mutiple DMEM-high glucose choic from thermo fisher is based on basic DMEM. Our lab prefer 11965, which is not including pyruvate. So I am just curious about this detail, which might influence the experiment outcome.

I really need the answer, especially in the culturation of A549, U2OS, 143B.

We confirmed our standard DMEM does contain 4.5g/L of sodium pyruvate.
