This might be best addressed to someone at the BROAD specifically involved in culturing the KNS-42 line. I was wondering what type of MEM you used. What were the specifics like the concentration of glucose, sodium pyruvate, sodium bicarbonate, and L-glutamine?

The catalog number for the MEM we use is:
Thermo Fisher cat no: A1451801.

The complete makeup of the medium is 95% MEM + 5% FBS.
