Media Question for Uterine cancers

Thank you for Achilles.Metadata.cvs data about the cell lines and media.

  1. Question -do you starve the cells post culturing them?
  2. Question on precentage of FBS for cell line: ACH-000996, MEM + 0.15% FBS,HEC-251 Is this real concentration?
    3.Question, I could not find data on media for the ACH-000990 HEC-108. In our lab we have used MEM +15% FBS.
    Please advise.
