Compound annotations/translating BRD ID's

Hey there,

I am using the drug sensitivity data for modeling. I need to identify the compounds. Where do I find the drug annotations? How do I translate from a BRD ID to, for example, INCHI key?

Hi Pascal! If you are using the PRISM data from the portal there are accompanying “treatment-info” files for each of the drug sensitivity datasets (just find the one that matches the name of the file you are using). In them you will find a mapping from column names to metadata about each compound when it is available. Hope that helps.
