When I tried to map the drug info from the file “Repurposing_Public_24Q2_Extended_Primary_Compound_List.csv” to the data matrix file “Repurposing_Public_24Q2_Extended_Primary _Data_Matrix.csv”, I realized, that the compound IDs in the data matrix file are unique. However, in the compound list file the ID “BRD:BRD-K05804044-001-18-5” occurs twice while ID “BRD:BRD-K28042756-001-01-9” is missing. Could you please check whether this is intended or due to an error. Best wishes, Mathias
yeah the problem is BRD:BRD-K28042756-001-01-9 from Repurposing_Public_24Q2_Extended_Primary_Data_Matrix.csv does not exist in Repurposing_Public_24Q2_Extended_Primary_Compound_List.csv and BRD:BRD-K05804044-001-18-5 is a duplicate in Repurposing_Public_24Q2_Extended_Primary_Compound_List.csv.
From here SID 340086375 - PubChem looks like BRD-K28042756-001-01-9 is not maintained any more. Anyway, I replaced the duplicate record with BRD-K28042756-001-01-9 using pubchem.
