Some compound can't find PRISM drug sensitivity data

I found some compounds in PRISM’s screening.
But Depmap portal data explorer didn’t show those results.
Example :
BRD-K07572174-001-39-4 curcumin
BRD-K09416995-001-39-9 lovastatin

I thought this was due to a known issue which has a fix being released soon. However, once I probed into this more, it looks like there’s a different issue that stopped a few “BRD-KXXXXXX-XXX-XX-X” identifiers from being associated with those compounds in the database.

In short, I thought this was solved, but it looks like we have a new problem.

It looks like 10 compounds have failed to load into the DB for some reason. We’ll need to investigate how that happened, so this issue is still open.

This problem has been resolved in our development branch of the portal, and we’re aiming to include these changes in an update to the public portal that we’re currently targeting for around July 12th.
