What is the source of the protein array data

I am new to DepMap. I would like to know where the data for the Protein Arrays was produced, how the RPPA signal log2 scores were generated, and whether there is a publication describing this.

These data were generated as part of the CCLE ‘phase 2’ effort, and are described in (Ghandi et al., Nature 2019)
