Hi

I see the WGS data from ENA Browser.
It says there are 329 cell lines’ WGS data.

But, from Data | DepMap Portal, I see 559 cell lines’ WGS data. I wonder where and when I can download the rest of the WGS data.

Could you tell me, like, among 588 cells, how many control (non-cancerous) cells are there?

Hi Pora,

Currently, only cell lines in the CCLE project have raw sequencing data publicly available. Please see this post for more details.

As for cell line metadata annotation, please navigate to Model.csv in our download page.
