Is there something wrong with the portal.
I get the following error message:

It seems to be working now.

In several places, the portal uses links that will expire after a period of time.

This error looks like you may have tried accessing a stale link. Refreshing the page will generate new links, so if you see anything like this, I’d try a refresh of the page and trying the download link again.
