I was trying to download the file through “custom downloads” but failed.The prompt box showed “unexpected error”.
Anyone has similar experience recently? It would be appreciated if the administrator can help to resolve the issue. Thank you.
I have the same problem. Changing internet browsers does not work. I really hope to be fixed soon.
