Is there a downloadable list of all selectively dependent genes called by both CRISPR and RNAi ?

You could go to the TDA app and click “Download TDA dataset”.

Selectively dependent is defined as

So you can filter that table for those rows which have CRISPR_LRT > 100 and RNAi_LRT > 100.
