Request about treatment metadata for "PRISM Repurposing Public 24Q2" release

Hi DepMap team,

In the “PRISM Repurposing Public 24Q2” data I downloaded from DepMap portal, treatment IDs (e.g., BRD-K000#####-###-##-#) are not fully matched with this table. However, this could be a great resource provided by “The Drug Repurposing Hub”. Could you include similar information (see above link) for matched treatment IDs in the DepMap portal? For instance these columns are very helpful:

  • vendor

  • catalog_no

  • vendor_name

  • expected_mass

  • smiles

This would make the dataset more consistent and easier to integrate for downstream analysis.
