Hello,

I would like to use the PRISM Repurposing Primary Screen logfold change data for our study. It has got BROAD IDs for 4686 drugs. Where can I find the corresponding drug names for the drug IDs?

Hi!

For each log-fold change data set there is a corresponding treatment info data set. For example, primary-screen-replicate-collapsed-treatment-info.csv corresponds to primary-screen-replicate-collapsed-logfold-change.csv. The treatment info maps columns of the response matrix to drug names and other information.
