Proteomics vs Public expression data

Hey everyone. I’ve run queries of CRISPR / RNAi scores vs Proteomics / Public expression for a few genes.
I’ve noticed that the hits for Proteomics and Public expression do not seem to be very concordant.
Do we know why?
What’s the best use for proteomics and for public expression?
Any other advice on the topic would be welcome.
