Hi, I download the data for hnRNPD ( Expression 22Q1 Public) to see the expression of mRNA for cell lines and I saw on the left side of the portal the( proteomics data) and I don’t know what does it mean if any one know please I need a clear explanation of this dataset .
The expression data was generated by mRNA sequencing as part of the DepMap project at the Broad Institute. However, the proteomics data was generated via mass spec at the Gygi Lab at HMS .
In the portal, under “proteomics” you can see the data from the paper Quantitative Proteomics of the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia. Please see the paper for the details about this dataset.
