Pathology inconsistencies in CCLE_2019 annotation file

Thanks for all your hard work. I’m only analyzing CRC cell lines so don’t know if this issue extends beyond CRC.

The following cell lines are listed as ‘primary’ in the ‘Pathology’ column of Cell_lines_annotations_20181226.txt for CCLE_2019 downloads which is inconsistent with DepMap Portal searches on these individual cell lines which list all of them as ‘metastasis’. Sanger annotation ‘model_list_20200204.csv’ also has the following listed as ‘metastasis’ as well.

Hi, some of our annotations have been updated and corrected since that publication to match other resources such as Cellosaurus. Please instead use the latest version of sample_info.csv from the portal download page.
