Nothing appears at all on the screen to view Translocation data for a cell line, though the other tabs on the page appear visually populated. I want to confirm that this is known about and that we’re waiting for info/access, not some other IT error.
It appears the translocation tab is blank because we have no translocation data for this line.
I hadn’t heard translocations mentioned for quiet a while, and I took a look at the latest DepMap release, and confirmed translocations are not a dataset that we are updating as we collect sequencing data for new lines.
The translocation data that appears in the portal is still that which was published in the 2019 CCLE paper Next-generation characterization of the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia | Nature.
