Dear all,

I found the very great MetMap data (metastasis map of human cancer cell lines) and would ask, if these data would be included in the Portal version of DepMap in the near future?

Yes, the intention was always to get this data into the DepMap portal, but you’re correct, it’s not present there today. I’ll put it in the development queue to figure out why it’s not there now, and make sure it’s accessible. We were planning on making it accessible in Data Explorer along with all the other characterization data that we have.
