I remember it used to be a gene fusion/translocation tap for individual cell lines. It only has mutations now? How do I find those gene fusion/translocation data?

The tab is still available under the cell line page. Here’s an example. If it’s not visible for some specific cell line it is most likely because we don’t have any fusion calls for it. You can download the entire fusion data from the download page if you search for ‘fusions’. I’m dropping a snapshot below:
