Hi - how do I search for cell lines with t(4;14) translocations within a data set
Our CCLE_fusions datasets contain information on some fusions that result from translocations.
There is also a legacy file in the CCLE2 dataset on the portal (CCLE_translocations_SvABA_20181221.xlsx) that should contain this information as well, including information on specific exonic and intronic breakpoints for alterations in different cell lines.
The omics team will also be releasing an updated SV file soon that will contain new lines with better/more accurate calls.
