Missing WGS data for HeLa (ACH-001086) in DepMap / Terra workspace

Hi,

I am trying to locate the whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data for the HeLa cell line (ACH-001086).

However, I was unable to find any corresponding WGS data in:

  • the DepMap Terra workspace (sample/model tables), or

  • public repositories such as SRA.

I would like to ask:

  1. Does WGS data for HeLa (ACH-001086) exist within DepMap?

  2. If not, is there a specific reason why this cell line does not have WGS data available?
