Hello,
I have a few questions about the original CCLE dataset.
1.What was the pH of the media?
2. any sterilisation method on the media like filtration or autoclaving?
3. how were the compounds stored before the experiments?
4. any antibiotics used?
5. freeze media?
6.seeding time?

Hello,

The CCLE dataset predates the existence of the DepMap project, and I don’t have any additional information beyond what was published in the CCLE paper. I’d recommend contacting the corresponding author of the original CCLE paper if you have questions not answered there.
