Hello, I have some questions. Is it possible to separate drug sensitivity into two categories: Sensitive / Resistance?
If I use AUC to distinguish, should I set the threshold for all drugs differently?
Is there a good way?

Hi Jay,
To binarize drug sensitivity we usually use a viability threshold of 30% which corresponds to a log-fold change of log2(0.3) or about -1.73. For AUC it is a little bit trickier but an AUC of less than about 0.8 is a good starting point for a threshold.
