I'm interested in the log fold change data for Achilles. How do I map it to cell lines?

If you’ve looked at the log fold change file for Achilles, you may have noticed that the columns have names that look like cell lines, plus a bunch of stuff like “_Cas9_repB_d21.” The format isn’t consistent. How can you reliably map the column names to cell lines?

The column names are replicate IDs. Don’t try to extract cell line names from them! Sometimes you will just get a wrong answer. Instead, use the Achilles_replicate_map to go from the replicate IDs to DepMap cell line IDs. You’ll notice that most cell lines have multiple replicates associated with them.
