Is it possible to get FPKM mRNA expression from the most recent depmap release: 23Q2?

Hi,

Unfortunately we don’t generate FPKM from expression data at the moment. However, if it’s helpful in your use case, we do provide gene- and transcript-level count files (OmicsExpressionGenesExpectedCountProfile.csv and OmicsExpressionTranscriptsExpectedCountProfile.csv).
