I’m trying to compare the CRISPR dependencies of one cell line vs two other cell lines. It returns an unexpected error.

This is failing because the way the comparison works is by performing t-tests and one needs at least three values to compute a standard deviation of a group.
It’s also a failure on the portal’s part that it only communicated “Unexpected error”. We have an outstanding ticket to fix the error message so that it explains that you need a larger sample size in order to perform such a test, but we have not fixed that yet.
