I’m getting this unexpected error when i try to download CRISPR data (DepMap Public 25Q3+Score, Chronos) and expression data (Expression Public 25Q3) for a subset of genes in a subset of cell lines (I carefully checked that all this kind of data are available for all the cell lines that i entered in the “custom cell lines list”). Additionally, I tried to download CRISPR data from custom downloads, without applying any filters (neither at the gene level nor at the cell line level) but the system keeps giving me the same error message
. Finally, I’m experiencing same issues also when i try to use the custom analyses tool.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? How did you solve it?
