Hello,
Thanks for reporting this error. A developer checked into this and the “Unexpected error” message has been replaced with a more informative error message in the next release of the portal. (Which will likely be released in the next month)
While I’m not completely sure in your case, this error often arises from there not being enough samples in the “in” and “out” groups. While it’s possible to define the in and out groups based on all models registered in the DepMap portal, not all models are available in all datasets. It may be the case that some lines in your groups are not present in the expression dataset, and as a result, will be ignored.
Thanks,
Phil
Hello,
I’m still getting this unexpected error when i try to download CRISPR data ((DepMap Public 25Q3+Score, Chronos) and expression data (Expression Public 25Q3) for a subset of genes in a subset of cell lines. I carefully checked, through the “data explorer” tool, that all this kind of data are available for all the cell lines that i entered in the “custom cell lines list”.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? How did you solve it?
Thank you
Matteo
It looks like you reported this on Friday, Oct 31st, and on Friday, a server exhausted its temp space which would have caused all exports to start failing. We resolved the issue later in the day, so this may be fixed.
Can you please try once more?
Thanks,
Phil
