From a gene page, is there a way to download the dependency probability score for this gene in all available cell lines?
I can’t think of a way to do that from the gene page. Normally, I’d recommend that you slice out just a gene’s worth of a dataset by either using data explorer or custom downloads.
However, it appears probability datasets are not loaded into portal and only available as download files. Unfortunately, that means that those datasets are not available for plotting or subsetting. I’m going to make a note that we should start loading those into the portal when we do data releases.
