My group and I performed a primary drug screen two-class comparison to investigate how a particular mutation in our cancer type predicts for drug sensitivity or resistance based on a particular drug’s mechanism of action. In our comparison, Mifepristone (MIFEPRISTONE (BRD:BRD-K37270826-001-27-6) was the most effective drug against our mutated group versus WT, yet DepMap has a second annotation of Mifepristone (BRD:BRD-K37270826-001-31-8) which has no effect in our mutated group.
