I would like to know if a gene effect Chronos score greater than 0 indicates that the growth rate of the cell line will increase after the gene is knocked out. I have noticed that there are many genes with a score greater than 0 in certain cell lines, and I would like to know if we can say that these genes are harmful genes for this type of cell line
