cell model passport and depmap has different mutation

Hi,

I’v searched NFE2L2 gene mutation in LK2 cellline through Cell Model Passports, the mutation is: p.E79K, And i also download DepMap CCLE_mutations.csv file, and search by Hugo_Symbol == ‘NFE2L2’, DepMap_ID == ‘ACH-000769’, but the mutation is: p.E63K.

So, what’s the difference? Thanks!!

I wondered maybe they mapped of the mutation to different Annotation Transcripts?
