Hi,

Thank you for implementing the cell line selector tool, I found it really helpful. I was wondering if it would be possible to include a filtering function for the HLA types. E.g. so that I could filter for cell lines that are HLA-A A02 typed.

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion. We had a bit of internal conversation about this but I noticed I never replied back. The issue is that we don’t presently have HLA typing information so we’d have to add something to derive that to our processing pipeline. At this time we don’t have any timeline for doing that, but we’ll consider that among the other omics derived features we’re thinking of adding in the future.
