cell line selector list not available in scatter plot

I have generated lists using cell line selector, but the new lists are not displaying as an option to highlight on the scatterplot. I can still select my old lists, and when I look in the cell line selector, the list is there, but I can’t select it.

That’s puzzling and the first I’ve heard of a problem like this. Does this issue persist across refreshing the page?

Can you add a screenshot to help clarify what where you’re seeing it in the list but you cannot select it?

I’m having the same problem from the Custom Analyses page. I can run my analysis on all cell lines.
But when run try on just a subset of cell lines, the popup does not list any of the cell line lists that I’ve created using Cell Line Selector. See screen shots below.
