CCLE_segment_cn: Amplification status column missing

Hi,
I think the amplification status (+,-,0) column in the CCLE_segment_cn.csv file from the “DepMap Public 20Q4 v2 CCLE_segment_cn.csv 12/20 19.3 MB” is missing, which was supposed to be added in the new release.

This was added in 20q4, but because of several issues in the release (noted in this post), we reverted the data. The reversion is similar to 20q3 and does not have this flag. We have added this back for 21q1 which you will see in the upcoming release.
