Missing data field in 20Q4 v2 segment level copy number data

The 20Q4 v2 CCLE_segment_cn.csv file description lists a seventh column, ‘amplification status (+,-,0)’ which is not present in the file.

Yes, we’re aware of this. It should be fixed in the 21Q1 data release, which should be fixed in the next week or so.
